We have a membership limited only by the number of foursomes that can be accommodated by the course we play, “Bowling Green” in Oak Ridge. It is located approximately 25 minutes away. A beautiful course where fresh air and good companionship can be enjoyed. We are very tolerant of beginners and feel the fellowship is more important than the time lost in searching for lost balls. Bringing extras is recommended.

We start our spring season typically in early April going for ten Friday outings. We start the nine-hole round around 3PM. The fall season is abbreviated beginning on the Friday after Labor Day for up to five Fridays before our 18-hole outing on either a Saturday or Sunday followed by the golf club banquet where prizes are presented. The cost of membership is minimal plus the cost of green fees charged by the course.

Since you are paying up front for green fees at the beginning of each spring and fall seasons the question arises “What happens if I cannot make it one week?” Some of the members are listed as substitutes. It becomes your responsibility to get a substitute to cover for you and to collect the green fees from the replacement. If you do not get a sub you will lose your green fee.
